Service Termination
If for any reason you would like to terminate the use of our paid hosting services (i.e. after 30 days of free use), you may notify us at:
accounts@geromail.com
to get a refund of the remaining unused period of paid service.
Termination is unconditional; no questions asked.
Please take note that the purchase of domain names and license keys is not refundable by nature of their digital value which we could not refrain the user from continue using them after termination.
Upon receipt of the termination request, the service termination will take immediate effect. We shall compute any outstanding amount (pro-rated from effective date of the paid service) due to you and promptly arrange for the refund.
Approved refund is to be paid in the following ways, depending on your original mode of payment:

| PayPal | Refund back to the same PayPal account. |
| WorldPay | Refund via Worldpay back to your credit card bank account if within 2 months from the date of purchase, after which refund will be via PayPal. |
International Payment:
- Telegraphic Transfer
- Others | Cleared payment to be refund via PayPal. |
Local (Singapore) Payment:
- Funds Transfer
- Cheque
- Money Order
- Cash
- Others | Cleared local payment to be refunded by bank cheque in Singapore dollars to a Singapore bank account only. |
