30-Days Moneyback Guarantee
 GeroMail offers a 30-days Moneyback guarantee that all our products and services are genuine and as claimed on our website.
This warranty excludes any abuse or misuse of our products and services. Users found abusing our hosting service by using them for sending spams, receiving spam replies, sending out scam emails or receiving scam replies will have their service terminated immediately, their payment forfeited and their IP address barred from future hosting with GeroMail.
If for any reason you would like to terminate the use of our hosting services, you may notify us at accounts@geromail.com to get a refund of the remaining unused period of paid service. Approved refund of paid service is to be paid via PayPal or Worldpay.
Please take note that the purchase of domain names and license keys is not refundable.
