If your email signature includes a block of text with contact details, here's a way to automate this signature text in every email your send out:
- Login to webmail.
Click on options button (near the middle top of screen)
Click on Settings tab near the top of the screen.
Click on Auto Signature Enabled prompt to enable auto signature. To disable auto signature, clear the check mark.
In the Auto Signature text box, key in your desired name to be signature text.
Click on the Update button to update the change.
Click on the Close button to close the current window.
