1. Launch Outlook Express 97.
   
   
2. Click File, Export, Address Book...
   
   
   
3. Select Text File (Comma Separated Values) and click Export
   
   
   
4. At the Save exported file as: prompt, key in the export filename, eg. C:\OE.CSV
