Geromail Corporate Webmail supports folders and subfolders stored on the email server.

Folders allow messages to be sorted into categories (e.g. junk, personal) to make storing and locating messages easier.

To delete a folder or subfolder, here's the guideline:

1. Login to webmail
   
   
2. Click on Folders button located on the left navigation bar
   
   
   
   
3. Click on folder or subfolder that you want to delete
   
   
   
   
4. If there is more subfolder, click on the subfolder that you want to delete
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Delete button
   
   
   
   
6. Click on the Delete button to proceed with the deletion
   
   
   
   
7. The subfolder has been deleted.
   Click on the Close Window button to close the current window.
