Geromail Corporate Webmail supports folders and subfolders stored on the email server.

Folders allow messages to be sorted into categories (e.g. junk, personal) to make storing and locating messages easier.

To rename a folder or subfolder, here's the guideline:

  1. Login to webmail

  2. Click on Folders button located on the left navigation bar
    Folders

  3. Click on folder or subfolder that you want to rename
    Select personal folder

  4. If there is more subfolder, click on the subfolder that you want to rename
    Select subfolder

  5. Click on the Rename button
    Rename Personal folder

  6. Key in the new folder name and click on the Rename button to proceed
    Confirm delete personal folder

  7. The subfolder has been renamed.
Click on the Close Window button to close the current window.
    Close personal folders

  8. End of guide.
