POP Retrieval
You can configure the server to retrieve email from another POP3 account like gmail, hotmail and Yahoo mail, etc. The POP Retrieval Service will download mail via POP from a remote POP server and deliver to one mailbox.
To do this:
- Login to webmail.
- Click on options button (near the middle top of screen)

- Click on POP Retrieval tab near the top of the screen.

- Click on the Add button

- Fill in the external POP3 email settings.
POP mail settings for various free mail account:

Hotmail (uses HTTP protocol) and AOL (uses IMAP protocol) is not supported on this POP retrieval page.
- POP retrieval options:
| Option | Description |
| APOP | Authentication Enable this setting if the server that the mail is stored on uses APOP Authentication. |
| Download new messages only | Enabling this setting will keep track of messages that have been downloaded from the remote server, and will not download a message twice. |
| Enabled | If enabled the email will be retrieved from the remote server. |
- Click on the Update button to update the change.
- Click on the Close button to close the current window.
