Redirect User Email
With Geromail Corporate WebAdmin, mail administrator can interactive administer user email accounts.
To redirect an existing mailbox (email account), here's the guidelines:
- Login to WebAdmin
Click on the Mailboxes link on the left navigation pane.
From the Mailboxes list pane on the right, click on the Edit button of the corresponding user account to be removed
Click on the Mailbox tab.
Enable theRedirect mail to prompt and key in the new email address to be redirected to.
You can redirect the mailbox to another mailbox, eg. firstname.lastname@example.org or an external email address (eg. email@example.com)
Click on the Update button to proceed.
