Auto-Signature
If your email signature includes a block of text with contact details, here's a way to automate this signature text in every email your send out:
- Login to webmail.
- Click on options button (near the middle top of screen)

- Click on Settings tab near the top of the screen.

- Click on Auto Signature Enabled prompt to enable auto signature. To disable auto signature, clear the check mark.
- In the Auto Signature text box, key in your desired name to be signature text.
- Click on the Update button to update the change.
- Click on the Close button to close the current window.
