If you have been awarded online credit, you may use the online credit to offset online purchases.

Online credit may be awarded by GeroMail as a goodwill, during returns/refunds or when we have a short supply of the items ordered. Shopper has the choice to get the refund amount via the payment mode of the purchase or convert the amount to online credit (to avoid exchange loss).

The use of online credit requires registration which is free for all.

You may use online credit to offset online purchases:

If the credit amount is insufficient, you will need to choose another method of payment to fulfill the remaining amount.
However, if the online credit is greater than the purchase amount, only the purchase amount will be used. The remainingg credit will remain in your online account.
Online credit cannot be used for shipping charges.

Step-by-step guide to Use of Online Credit

Select your required merchandise by adding them to the shopping bag. If you are new to online orders, see our tutorial on Place an Online Order.
At the shopping bag page:

Click on the User login/Registration button near the top right corner.
Fill in your email address (eg. youremail@geromail.com) and your password:

Member Login / Registration

Email Address

Password * Minimum 3 digits/characters

Click on the Login button.

Upon successful login, you will see the member page:
