Refunds Policy
We offer refunds for purchases made as a result of deceptive information shown on the website leading to the purchase.
Please take note that the purchase of domain names and license keys is not refundable by nature of their digital value which we could not refrain the user from continue using them after termination.
Approved refund is to be paid in the following ways, depending on your original mode of payment:

| WorldPay | Refund via Worldpay back to your credit card bank account if within 2 months from the date of purchase, after which refund will be via PayPal. |
International Payment:

Local (Singapore) Payment:
- Funds Transfer
- Cheque
- Money Order
- Cash
- Others | Cleared local payment to be refunded by bank cheque in Singapore dollars to a Singapore bank account only. |
Optionally, you may request to convert the refund payment to online credit to avoid any exchange loss.
Scams and Spams. For users found abusing our hosting service by using them for sending spams, receiving spam replies, sending out scam emails or receiving scam replies will have their service terminated immediately, their payment forfeited and their IP address barred from future hosting with GeroMail.
